I’ve heard I’m pretty chill to be around, and some people even think I’m funny!

These days, I teach video and photography production full-time at Gradia, and through my business, I serve a few regular clients as needed. You can always ask for help with projects, and I’m happy to guide students to suitable work.

I live in Jyväskylä, and sports are a big part of my life. I spend a lot of time playing soccer and frisbee golf, and in the summer, working on projects at the cabin. My boys play soccer, and I’m mostly their taxi driver, helping out behind the scenes to support the team. Family, friends, and good sleep are important aspects of my life. Creativity has been with me since childhood, and I hope that spark continues for a long time.

This is the way

In productions, I consider it important how things are done and what kind of experience the team, the models or actors, and the client take away from the day. I’m not a fan of unnecessary chaos; instead, things are done calmly and with quality. Good planning in pre-production ensures that the production runs smoothly, no one gets hangry, and everyone can get home on time. Post-production always delivers top-quality results on the agreed schedule.

I cooperate with production companies, AI, freelancers, marketing and advertising agencies. I think working in a team is more fun, and it always leads to better results.
